南北杏 15克
螺片 15克
淮山 20克

⭐處理方法⭐
將所有食材用清水洗淨　

煮法：
1. 螺肉用清水浸至軟身，期間要換水，雞及瘦肉汆水待用。
2. 其他材料洗淨，以水浸透1小時。
3. 加12碗水，水煲滾後再加入所以材料，以慢火煲1.5小時。
4. 最後加入花旗參片，再加適量鹽調味即可飲用。
