材料：
金龍肚筒
生曬淮山
豬骨
圓肉 紅棗 北耆 杞子 
薑
調味

煮法：
1. 先將湯料洗淨同浸發金龍肚筒
2. 將豬骨汆水備用同紅棗去核
3. 將所有食材放入鍋，加入2000毫升水，用大火煲15分鐘，再轉小火煲2小時，加入杞子同適量調味即可
